Litigation Legal Assistant (OC)

A reputable law firm in Orange County is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support its attorneys in case management and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on Labor and Employment law. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents for various court jurisdictions, managing correspondence and deadlines, opening and maintaining client files, and ensuring confidentiality in client relations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal filing systems like CM/ECF.

Office hours are from 8:30AM to 5PM, although the role may require overtime and irregular hours during busy periods, with overtime pay provided. The salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, and the firm offers benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO), medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
