Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with over 5 years of experience to support their litigation attorneys across three offices in Orange County. The paralegal team collaborates closely during all stages of the litigation process, including case initiation, document collection, discovery, trial, and appeals.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing document logistics, and interacting with clients and other parties. Essential skills include strong organization, communication, technology proficiency, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program focusing on litigation. A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex business litigation within California state and federal courts is required, along with familiarity with legal software and strong knowledge of calendaring systems. The role also demands flexibility for travel and overtime, with a billable hour requirement of 1,600.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at least three times a week.
