Conflicts Analyst (East Coast)

A client is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their Business Intake and Conflicts team. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflict requests while ensuring compliance with business needs and ethical standards. Key responsibilities include processing conflict requests, preparing database search terms, conducting corporate research, and identifying potential conflicts through detailed analysis of reports.

The analyst will also interact with firm partners via email and phone, providing updates on conflict clearances and drafting necessary waivers and engagement letters. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and relevant conflict resolution software, along with at least 2 years of applicable experience in a law firm or legal environment. Knowledge of the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct is essential. A Bachelor’s Degree or JD is preferred, along with a paralegal certificate. Required competencies include excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $35.00 to $47.00 per hour, equating to an annual salary of $72,800 to $97,760, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Equal employment opportunities are ensured.
