Legal Recruiting Manager

The Legal Recruiting Manager, based in Boston or New York, reports to the Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting and oversees the recruitment and onboarding of law students and lateral associates. Key responsibilities include managing the student recruitment process, developing strategies to nurture a talent pipeline, coordinating the on-campus interview (OCI) process, and overseeing the callback interview and summer associate programs. The manager will build relationships with law schools and diversity organizations, coordinate with Hiring Leads, and assess hiring results to refine future processes. The role also involves supervising Legal Recruiting Coordinators and managing lateral attorney recruitment for both associate and non-attorney technical positions. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of professional services recruiting experience (preferably law-related), and strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. The position demands a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with the firm’s attorneys and staff.

This role requires 60% in-office presence, allowing for remote work 40% of the time, and involves engaging with legal recruiting organizations to enhance the firm's reputation within the legal community. The salary range for this position in New York is $125,000 to $155,000.
