eDiscovery Project Manager (US)

The eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing multiple e-discovery projects, reporting to the PM Project Director team. This role includes collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, IT professionals, and client legal teams to ensure successful project completion. Project Managers lead efforts across the entire discovery lifecycle, from data collection to production, while providing guidance, training, and support to junior team members.

Key responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, managing budgets, ensuring quality deliverables, and acting as the main client contact. Project Managers are expected to contribute to internal team development, participate in business development opportunities, and support strategic client meetings. They must be well-versed in e-discovery tools and platforms, particularly Relativity, and able to consult on technical workflows.

Successful candidates typically have a BA/BS or at least three years in the legal or litigation support field, with proven experience handling multiple complex projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and global teams. Travel may be required.

The target compensation range is $84,975.20 to $127,462.80, depending on market, experience, and skill set. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead high-impact legal tech projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
