An Asset Securitization Associate is being sought by our client for the Collateralized Loan Obligations team within the Asset Securitization Department in New York. Ideal candidates should possess three to six years of experience in securitization or structured finance, with expertise in drafting offering and transaction documents for CLOs, warehouse lending, and bilateral financing. Familiarity with complex structured financing transactions, the UCC, and federal securities laws—especially compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act—is essential. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about opinion practice and bankruptcy law relating to securitization.

Additional qualifications include strong academic credentials, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation capabilities are vital. The position requires flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed.
