Our client, located in Dallas, is looking for a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to become a part of their team. Candidates must have a background in commercial real estate, including experience with titles and surveys. A minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting is essential. Preference will be given to applicants meeting one of the following criteria: (1) Bachelor’s degree; (2) Paralegal certificate or an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies; or (3) Certified Legal Assistant designation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-driven, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exude professionalism, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
