Our client is looking for a Practice Team Assistant to support their Corporate Department. This role entails handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, primarily aiding the Co-Chairs with various projects. Key responsibilities include managing staffing reports, coordinating attorney schedules, maintaining document libraries, tracking long-term projects, and assisting with client-related administrative tasks like pitches and events. The assistant will collaborate with different departments and organize meetings and events, including arranging venues and refreshments. Additional duties involve providing high-level support, processing expense reports, scheduling travel, and managing billing tasks. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and prior office experience in similar roles. Preferred qualifications entail a bachelor's degree and experience in law or professional services. Key competencies sought are strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and team collaboration.
