Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role entails developing and implementing social media and content strategies that align with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, creating engaging multimedia content, and conducting training for employee advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess over six years of experience in social media management, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency in design software such as Canva and PhotoShop. A background in law firms is a plus. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects. The role requires 60% in-office presence, with the possibility of 40% remote work. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. The position is suited for individuals with a commitment to customer service and the flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
