Our client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Charleston, SC, with at least five years of experience in commercial real estate law. Essential skills include expertise in real estate finance, zoning, entitlement, and land use, along with experience in negotiating joint ventures and representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients.

The role involves representing clients in various real estate transactions, providing legal counsel to developers and investors, and negotiating agreements. The ideal candidate should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be eligible for the South Carolina Bar, and effectively manage complex real estate transactions independently.
