Employee Benefits/Executive Comp Associate/Counsel

Our client is looking for an attorney to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. This position involves working with both public and private companies on matters such as executive compensation, benefits, mergers and acquisitions, bonus agreements, and compliance with ERISA and tax laws. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, and should possess strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset. A Juris Doctor degree is required, with preference given to those admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
