Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to litigation attorneys, drafting and editing legal documents, managing court filings, coordinating meetings and depositions, maintaining attorneys' calendars, and collaborating with the records and conflicts departments. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in word processing, and the ability to independently e-file per court protocols. Candidates should have at least 5 years of litigation experience and knowledge of State and Federal Court rules. The work environment is primarily in an office setting, with occasional remote work options.
