Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant to support its Business Litigation and Insurance practice groups in Century City. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys and legal professionals while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative. The assistant will follow a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two remote days per week. Key responsibilities include filing in various courts, managing court dates, preparing legal documents, coordinating logistics for depositions and trials, conducting research, and handling everyday administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. Candidates should possess strong client service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal terminology, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications. An associate's or bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant are preferred. The work environment involves regular interaction with others and may require occasional light lifting. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $48.00 to $56.00, depending on experience, and includes overtime eligibility.
