Our client in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will focus on client communication, case management, and trial preparation while exhibiting excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Key responsibilities include managing litigation cases from start to finish, organizing case files, monitoring deadlines, scheduling depositions and trials, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documents such as pleadings and motions. Additionally, the role involves e-filing court documents, maintaining evidence and witness lists, and assisting attorneys during trial proceedings. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience as a litigation assistant or paralegal, a strong grasp of litigation processes and court rules, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software. Essential skills include writing, editing, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
