Key duties include coordinating discovery plans, managing large volumes of discovery, creating litigation databases, preparing timelines, and assisting attorneys with depositions and trial preparations. Specific eDiscovery responsibilities involve creating new cases, collecting and organizing client documents, applying analytical tools to streamline document review, and establishing coding and searching criteria. The role also includes identifying privileged communications, redacting documents, and maintaining electronic discovery documents across various litigation matters. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of technology and discovery databases such as Relativity and should ideally possess a Relativity Certified Administrator certification. The preferred qualifications include 10 years of experience as an e-Discovery paralegal, a Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate, and attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The position requires flexibility for travel, overtime, and a commitment to 1,600 billable hours annually.
