The Private Client Department (PCD) of a nationally recognized firm is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates. The position is available primarily in the New Haven, CT office, but strong candidates from other Connecticut offices may also be considered. Candidates should have a keen interest in special needs planning, with required experience in trust and estate planning and administration. Additional knowledge in areas such as domestic estate planning, succession planning, charitable giving, retirement assets, and tax-efficient family wealth transfer is beneficial but not mandatory.
