The attorney will oversee the full discovery process, including drafting responses, managing final sets, handling production requests, and motions. Additionally, this position involves mentoring and overseeing a team of staff attorneys and paralegals, as well as direct engagement with clients and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills, and maintains exceptional attention to detail. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required, admission to the California Bar is a plus.
Likely salary range: $200,000 - $225,000, with exact compensation based on experience, skill level, and years in practice.
