Senior Litigation Docket Specialist

The Sr. Litigation Docket Specialist position, located in Dallas or Houston, focuses on supporting daily operations in a Managing Attorney’s Office. Key responsibilities include filing, serving, and retrieving court documents, conducting research, maintaining databases, and ensuring compliance with court rules. The role involves communication with attorneys and court personnel, performing electronic court filings for various court levels, and tracking critical dates using centralized docketing software like CourtAlert.

Qualifications for this role include a solid understanding of court procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in calendaring software preferred. Candidates should have experience with federal and state court systems, as well as legal research tools such as WestLaw and Lexis. A minimum of five years of experience in litigation docketing or paralegal work is desired, along with a four-year degree and completion of a paralegal certificate program being highly preferred.
