Additionally, the Docket Clerk will conduct research via online resources such as CourtLink and PACER, and be responsible for serving and filing litigation documents electronically.

Qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience, knowledge of federal and state court systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
