Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong written and oral communication skills.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, drafting legal documents, conducting research, interviewing clients and witnesses, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation. The paralegal will also maintain case files and track billable hours.
