The Bankruptcy Practice Group Coordinator will support the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice by managing operations, financial oversight, business development, and marketing efforts. Reporting to the COO, CAHRO, and Practice Group Leader, this role ensures efficiency in daily operations, coordinates meetings, tracks initiatives, and assists with budgeting.
Responsibilities include organizing client events, identifying new business opportunities using financial analytics, and producing pitch materials. The coordinator will also conduct research on distressed companies, support marketing efforts, maintain practice group data, and manage attorney staffing initiatives. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with financial intelligence databases and CRM systems is preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of bankruptcy-related experience, preferably in a law firm, and an undergraduate degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. The salary range is $110,000–$120,000.
