The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Group Leader by facilitating the advancement of Group initiatives and goals. This position focuses on handling essential day-to-day tasks, which allows the Group Leader to devote more time to complex legal matters, client development, and leadership functions.
Key responsibilities include managing the Group Leader's calendar and inbox, scheduling appointments, prioritizing and responding to emails, drafting and sending communications, and tracking various matters while managing information flow within the Group. The Executive Assistant will also collaborate closely with the Accounting Department on billing matters, maintain updated records of client invoices, and prepare for meetings. Gaining knowledge of the Long Term Care industry is essential for effectively assisting the Group Leader and aligning with clients' preferences. Additionally, producing, editing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence is a critical aspect of the role.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior time management, strong organizational capabilities, and effective interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is required, empowering the Executive Assistant to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
