Benefits Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including retirement, health, life, and disability insurance. This role involves managing annual enrollment, training benefits team members, resolving complex employee inquiries, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency. The Benefits Manager will oversee retirement plans, statutory compliance with regulations such as COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA, and the development of benefit documentation.

Additionally, they will manage wellness initiatives, liaise with firm leadership on partner benefits, and ensure accurate processing of benefits-related information. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a background in benefits administration systems are required. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of experience in benefits administration within a law firm or professional services setting. The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 annually.
