The role involves litigating complex stockholder disputes, challenging unfair corporate practices, and advocating for shareholder rights to enhance market transparency and accountability. The firm's Corporate Governance team has a history of securing precedent-setting outcomes, creating significant shareholder value, and addressing executive misconduct and corporate governance failures.
Ideal candidates will have a JD (2019–2023 graduates preferred) and admission to the New York and/or Delaware Bar. Experience in stockholder or commercial litigation, Delaware corporate law, or fiduciary duty litigation is essential. A Delaware Chancery Court or Supreme Court clerkship is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate financial literacy, strong research and writing skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role requires the ability to manage multiple complex cases and work alongside senior litigators.
This full-time, hybrid position is based in New York or Wilmington, with three in-office days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required) and two remote days. The firm values diversity and requires all employees to be vaccinated and boosted. The salary range is $195,000–$320,000. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
