Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager will support the Director of Pricing in developing and implementing pricing strategies for the firm. This role involves analyzing financial data, collaborating with partners and business development teams, and optimizing pricing arrangements to enhance profitability. Responsibilities include conducting pricing analyses, assessing the financial impact of pricing models, preparing pricing proposals, and monitoring the effectiveness of pricing initiatives. The Pricing Manager will also support client negotiations and train partners and staff on pricing-related matters.

Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in financial modeling and legal billing practices. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in pricing or financial analysis, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Experience with Elite/3E, profitability management tools, and alternative fee arrangements is highly desirable.

The role is based in Washington DC, with a salary range of $141,276 - $211,915, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
