Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, maintaining client files, coordinating meetings and travel, managing attorney time entries and invoices, and ensuring compliance with CLE requirements. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Candidates should have at least five years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in estate planning, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, billing systems, and document management software. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm are essential. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
The position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime availability is required.
