The Review & Analytics Director (R&A Director) is responsible for strengthening the firm’s competitive position in managed review, analytics, eDiscovery, and related data services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, client management, and strategic leadership in litigation and data governance. The R&A Director oversees workflows for data collection, processing, document review, and production, ensuring efficiency and quality control. They also manage client relationships, provide high-level strategic guidance, and work closely with eDiscovery service providers and external counsel.

Key qualifications include at least ten years of experience in eDiscovery review management, information governance, and business operations within a law firm, consulting firm, or corporate setting. Expertise in platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace, along with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, is essential. The R&A Director must be adept at project planning, workflow design, and managing remote teams while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The role requires the ability to travel up to 35%, including internationally. Work is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements, and the salary range is competitive based on experience and qualifications. Salary Expectations: $185,000 - $260,000
