This role involves updating digital and print marketing content, maintaining client and industry lists, drafting RFP responses and business development materials, and assisting with legal directory submissions. The coordinator manages marketing collateral, produces client communications, and organizes client events, including tracking budgets, handling invitations, and measuring ROI. Additionally, they conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to support marketing plans and proposals.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in professional services marketing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is preferred. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive approach to tasks are essential. The anticipated salary range is $60,000 to $80,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and location. Some overtime availability may be necessary.
