This role involves job analysis, salary management, compensation planning, and collaboration with managers to evaluate job duties and recommend salary structures. Key responsibilities include maintaining and auditing compensation data, conducting job evaluations, supporting annual merit reviews, and utilizing MarketPay and Workday for compensation analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compensation analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment, along with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and CCP certification is highly desirable. The role requires expertise in compensation laws, benchmarking, and job evaluation, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range is $100,900–$131,100 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on individual performance and firm profitability.
