Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York offices. Qualified candidates will have 4-7 years of law firm experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, with expertise in M&A, Venture Capital, or other complex corporate transactions. Experience in securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is preferred. The target base salary for this role ranges from $185,000 to $275,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
