Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their growing Real Estate practice in Boston, Connecticut, or New York. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, and other entities in complex real estate matters, particularly in commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate. Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, as well as experience in the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial properties, is required. Experience with franchise agreements and corporate tasks is highly preferred. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
