Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Monrovia/Los Angeles office in a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three remote. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of handling complex litigation matters from case intake through trial. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of assigned cases, coordinating with expert witnesses, maintaining client extranets, and overseeing document productions. The role also involves preparing trial materials, processing case-related documents, retrieving legal records, and assisting with motions and exhibits. Additional duties include organizing certified transcripts, managing trial documents and exhibits, and supporting trial preparation, both locally and nationally.
Candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience, with a preference for backgrounds in asbestos, toxic torts, product liability, or personal injury. The position requires the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Experience with trial war rooms and trial support is a plus.
The firm offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, mental health support, and professional development opportunities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal looking to make an impact.
