Our client is seeking a talented Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join their growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare policy, corporate practice doctrines, and similar regulations. In this role, you will help build and manage the healthcare regulatory function, providing strategic legal guidance and mitigating risks for regulatory and compliance issues. You will collaborate with internal and external experts, ensuring the company’s ongoing compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, and offer training and advice to business teams.

A JD with 5+ years of experience and Bar admission in NJ (NY is a plus) is required. Experience with antitrust laws, privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and e-discovery is also beneficial. Strong commercial and business acumen, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, are essential. The candidate should be an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Salary expectations range from $130,000 to $250,000, based on experience.
