Our client is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney with 10+ years of expertise in healthcare M&A to join their firm at the Partner level. The successful candidate will lead complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and various healthcare-related agreements across sectors such as medical, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary, and hospitals. The role requires extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate documents, advising on healthcare regulatory issues such as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and corporate practice of the profession.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in healthcare law, including regulatory compliance and contract negotiation, and will be skilled at providing strategic, business-oriented solutions. A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and Bar admission in NJ (NY admission is a plus) are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software is necessary, along with the ability to manage complex legal matters under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of commercial/business acumen are essential for this role. Salary expectations range from $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience.
