Responsibilities include identifying regulatory issues, structuring deals, representing clients in Medicare audits, and providing business insights into healthcare practices. Additionally, the attorney will support litigation teams on healthcare-related cases. A Juris Doctor (JD) with at least six years of relevant experience, particularly in healthcare regulatory transactions, is required.
The candidate must be admitted to the NJ Bar, with NY Bar admission a plus. Expertise in healthcare laws, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, is essential. The attorney must have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $130,000 to $250,000 based on experience.
