Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with at least four years of experience in managing complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently handle cases from start to finish while supporting senior counsel. This position requires bar admission in both New York and New Jersey, along with a strong understanding of New York's CPLR, the Federal Rules, and other relevant legal procedures. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting and preparing litigation documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and participating in depositions. Effective communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel is essential.

The successful candidate must stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends to provide high-quality legal services. A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-discovery tools, and document management software are required. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills are a must. The role offers a salary range of $170,000 to $210,000, based on experience.
