Office Services Clerk

The Office Services Clerk provides hospitality and reception support to the New York office, requiring daily attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves a range of clerical and administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities include maintaining the tidiness of conference rooms, common areas, and visiting attorney offices, restocking supplies, and setting up refreshments for meetings and break rooms. The clerk also assists with mail distribution, document management, office equipment maintenance, and facilities tasks.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple task requests, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage. Preferred experience includes working with Stamps.com and Condeco Room Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of experience in a corporate or professional setting and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and qualifications. Occasional overtime may be required. This position supports attorneys, staff, and departments such as IT and Records, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent client service.
