Paralegal - Litigation

The firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide legal administrative support and high-quality client service while upholding integrity and excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, a strong understanding of legal procedures, and familiarity with law firm administrative processes, research tools, and case management systems. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, assisting attorneys with case filings, discovery, trial preparation, and document management, as well as acting as a liaison with outside counsel.

Key duties include drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda, conducting legal research, organizing exhibit lists and privilege logs, coordinating with litigation vendors, and maintaining case files. The role also requires proficiency in court filing procedures, cite-checking legal documents, and tracking billable time. Candidates should be skilled in Microsoft Office, law firm billing software, and legal research databases such as Relativity.

A Paralegal Certificate or associate’s degree in legal studies is required, along with a minimum of five years of law firm experience. Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) status is preferred. This position is fully in-office and requires the ability to multitask under pressure, collaborate with multiple attorneys, and manage competing priorities efficiently.
