Litigation Paralegal (DEN)

The Denver office is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate. This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, discovery, expert witness coordination, and trial preparation while maintaining strict client confidentiality. The paralegal will liaise with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and service providers and ensure accurate timekeeping for billing purposes.

Candidates must have a thorough understanding of federal and state court rules and procedures and experience managing complex document review projects in civil and criminal litigation. They should be skilled in developing discovery plans, drafting and serving subpoenas, and utilizing legal research and case management tools such as Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw/Lexis. Strong proofreading, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of developing and executing case management strategies effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to high-profile litigation matters.

The salary expectations are $75,000-$110,000.
