Our client seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant specializing in litigation to provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned legal staff. The role involves managing sensitive correspondence, preparing trial binders and exhibits, coordinating depositions, handling electronic court filings through Pacer and ECF systems, and overseeing billing processes, including time-entry and final submissions. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, arranging travel, maintaining business calendars, and organizing files while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. The assistant will interact regularly with internal departments, external contacts, and clients, fostering positive relationships.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting, particularly within litigation. They must be proficient in eFiling across court systems, Microsoft Word (advanced formatting, TOA/TOC creation, and redlining), and MS Office Suite, as well as familiar with tools like Adobe, DocuSign, and document management systems. Strong proofreading, editing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail under deadlines. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative legal environment. The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $61,000โ€“$110,000, depending on experience.
