Legal Talent Specialist

The Legal Talent Specialist role involves a range of responsibilities focused on recruitment, performance management, compliance, mentorship, and attorney relations. Key recruitment tasks include creating job postings, utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top legal talent, conducting resume screening and initial interviews, and preparing offer letters. The specialist will track metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and assist in onboarding new hires. In performance management, they maintain evaluations, address performance concerns, and collaborate on training and development programs.

The role also includes overseeing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance by enrolling new attorneys, tracking CLE certificates, and managing attorney registration status. Additionally, the specialist coordinates the mentorship program and monitors attorney relations by analyzing market data and fostering relationships with attorneys. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least three years of recruiting experience in the legal sector, is required. Strong communication skills and proficiency in recruitment tools are essential. The position is full-time, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, with a hybrid work schedule and a salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per year.
