Responsibilities include organizing case files, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting and revising legal documents, e-filing, and managing attorney schedules. Additional tasks include answering client calls, scanning documents, submitting expense reports, entering attorney time, and attending Will signings. The role offers hybrid hours: three days in-office and two days remote, with flexibility for overtime.
