Our client seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case initiation to trial and appeals. This role involves supporting attorneys through case filings, discovery, and court procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and appellate court rules. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-7 years of paralegal experience in a law firm and possess strong organizational, technical, and administrative skills to manage multiple high-pressure projects independently.
Key qualifications include proficiency in handling document productions, e-discovery, and familiarity with Superior, Federal, and U.S. District Court procedures. Applicants must be comfortable working overtime when required and able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail, especially in grammar and punctuation, is essential.
An ABA-approved paralegal certification is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and Teams is necessary, and familiarity with tools like TrueFiling, Relativity TextMap, and CaseMap is advantageous.
The position follows a hybrid work policy, requiring at least three days in-office. Pay for California ranges from $29 to $58 per hour.
