Responsibilities include developing process documentation, training new users, managing data flow in new business intake, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) and possess 7+ years of experience in legal billing systems, especially 3E and Intapp. Key proficiencies include SQL, financial modeling, data analysis, and a deep understanding of legal billing practices. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows are essential.
