The manager will leverage 3E and Intapp systems for rate setup, maintenance, and client billing, and will troubleshoot and optimize these systems to support the firm’s financial operations. Responsibilities include developing process documentation, training new users, managing data flow in new business intake, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) and possess 7+ years of experience in legal billing systems, especially 3E and Intapp. Key proficiencies include SQL, financial modeling, data analysis, and a deep understanding of legal billing practices. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows are essential.
