Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Los Angeles office to support account reconciliations and financial reporting. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial data to aid management in decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing bank and trust account reconciliations, producing financial reports, conducting data verification, and managing deliverables according to deadlines. The Financial Analyst will also maintain procedural documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
Additional duties include supporting other departments with financial information requests, assisting with month-end and year-end reporting, and handling ad-hoc tasks. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and experience with 3E accounting software (or similar) is required. Prior experience in a law firm is preferred, along with knowledge of general accounting principles.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary range of $72,800 to $92,900, based on experience, and eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
