A Los Angeles-based firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its real estate attorneys through all phases of legal transactions. This role requires handling title, survey, zoning, and ancillary due diligence, along with facilitating real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings. Key duties include ordering and reviewing UCC lien searches, managing financing statement filings, and assisting attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading sales, loan, and lease documents. The paralegal will also prepare corporate organizational documents, handle state filings, and compile post-transaction closing binders.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in management or human resources) and has at least 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work directly with both attorneys and clients to ensure smooth and accurate transaction processing.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and skillset, with additional potential for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing contributions as part of the total compensation package.
