The Associate Recruiting and Attorney Development Senior Coordinator supports all recruitment phases and attorney development at the firm, working as part of the Human Capital & Talent team. Based in Century City, with occasional travel to Downtown Los Angeles, the role involves managing recruiting activities such as the summer program, entry-level hiring, and law school outreach. This includes coordinating new hire orientations, integration, and training for both entry-level and lateral attorneys.
The position also provides mentorship to junior staff, supports various firm committees, and oversees event planning and budget management for attorney-related functions. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining relationships with law schools, career services, and other recruitment entities.
Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and three or more years of legal recruitment or professional services experience, along with a bachelor’s degree.
