This one-on-one support role involves strategic, high-level administrative assistance, focusing on proactive practice and leadership management rather than transactional tasks. Responsibilities include managing the partner’s email, coordinating strategic travel with business development goals, assisting in client onboarding and billing, and handling complex administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense reports, and correspondence. The assistant will work closely with the partner to prioritize and streamline practice operations, collaborating with departments like Marketing, Finance, and Conflicts to support overall business objectives.
The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
