Audit Letter Coordinator

The Audit Letter Coordinator, reporting to the Audit Letter Supervisor, is responsible for supporting the firm’s audit letter response process. This involves coordinating and organizing audit letter requests from clients and ensuring responses are timely and compliant with ABA guidelines and firm policies. Key duties include tracking incoming requests, monitoring workload, and supporting the Audit Letter Analysts by preparing documents for review, assisting with drafting responses, and coordinating delivery to auditors. The Coordinator also handles administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records in client files, resolving compliance issues, and ensuring proper communication with the audit team and business professionals.

Required qualifications include at least two years of experience in a corporate legal environment handling audit letters, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other firm applications. A Bachelor’s Degree and law firm experience are preferred. The role demands independent work, teamwork, and the ability to handle shifting priorities. 

The position offers competitive compensation between $32.50 and $43.50 per hour, based on experience and location, along with a benefits program.
