Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney for their New Mexico office to focus on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters. The role involves managing cases from inception to completion, including preparing case analyses, advising clients on strategies, drafting court pleadings, and attending court hearings both in person and telephonically.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice law in New Mexico, and possess at least one year of experience in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload is key to success in this position. The candidate should also exhibit excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to adapt to change.
